Vulci and Ischia di Castro

08:00 a.m.

At 08:00 a.m., our VAN will pick you up from your hotel and take you to Vulci Park for a transfer of about 50km that will take about 45 minutes in the countryside of Alta Tuscia. Arrival is expected shortly before 09.00.

09:00-09.15 a.m.

Right after your arrival, our guide will meet you and begin the tour of the Park (approximately 2 hours) showcasing one of Italy's most significant Etruscan-Roman locations. Here, you can see temples, residences, and burial grounds, including the well-known François Tomb and Abbadia Bridge.

If there is spare time, visiting the National Archaeological Museum of Vulci will be possible.

11:00 a.m.

After the tours, depending on the season and the interests of the travelers, a joyful naturalistic walk in the park, through forests, fields, and stunning scenery will be possible, or opt for a relaxing and refreshing swim at the amazing Terme di Vulci, a luxurious new thermal Spa followed by a delicious lunch!

12:30 p.m.

At the designated time, we will transfer (12 km) to the Tenuta Radichino for our rural lunch, skillfully managed by the Pira Brothers who are experts in showcasing the flavors of Lazio while also staying true to their Sardinian roots, where they gained knowledge of cheese and culinary art.

Our gastronomic experience will include:

• Typical menu with km 0 products, which may include:

• Appetizer with artisanal cheeses, cold cuts, and vegetables.

• A First course of fresh pasta with local seasonings.

• A Second course of meat or vegetarian dishes with fresh farm products.

• Homemade cakes, accompanied by local wines.

3:00 p.m.

After lunch, there will be a brief half-hour visit to further explore the processing methods of the freshly tasted delicacies, charcuterie, cheeses, and local products. Depending on how good we have been and how relaxed we are, the return journey, which will take approximately one hour, will begin between 16.30 and 17.30.
